Seneca, New York shot this photo of two of his friends before season. A couple of
nice gobblers. The spring of 2000 saw plenty of adult gobblers, and most of them traveled
together, making them difficult to lure to a call for many hunters. Often, gobblers
together will stand their ground and expect you to come to them. |

of the same city, captured this guy with his camera after the season was over. He
outsmarted Bill during the season, so Bill had to settle for the gobbler seen in the photo
below. This is a dandy gobbler and a dandy photo...thanks Bill! |

pounds, with 3/4" spurs. Bill has his eye on the big boy above for next year. |
